Real Estate Websites Built for Today's Market

Simpler design, stronger SEO, and better AI visibility for real estate agents. When there are fewer transactions to go around, your website has to work harder to help buyers and sellers find you, trust you, and contact you. I can improve the website you already have or build a new one.

Fewer easy transactions mean every opportunity matters

Existing-home sales fell from 6.12 million in 2021 to about 4.06 million in both 2024 and 2025, roughly 34 percent fewer, according to National Association of REALTORS® existing-home sales data. NAR's 2025 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers still found 88 percent of buyers used an agent or broker and 91 percent of sellers used an agent. Zillow's Consumer Housing Trends Report 2025 found online sources accounted for 33 percent of where buyers first found their agent.

A better real estate website may actually be a simpler one

Simpler does not mean smaller or cheap. It means removing clutter instead of removing value: one clear message, simple navigation, real agent photography, local market expertise, buyer and seller paths, reviews, short contact forms, easy call and text buttons, and fast mobile performance.

Your website has five jobs

Establish identity, establish location, establish expertise, establish trust, and make contact easy. If something on the website does not help accomplish one of those jobs, it is worth asking whether it belongs there.

What should a modern real estate agent website include?

A homepage that states who you are and where you work, buyer and seller pages, genuine areas served content, a real About page, reviews and success stories, local market resources, a short FAQ, and a contact page with phone, text, and a simple form.

Your website doesn't need to be Zillow

Property search can be useful, but it does not have to run the whole site. Zillow's 2025 research found 79 percent of buyers installed a real estate app while shopping. Your site answers the question those apps cannot: why should I choose you to represent me? IDX is a tool, not the strategy.

Help local buyers and sellers find you

Local SEO means clear service areas, optimized titles and headings, useful city and neighborhood content, a Google Business Profile when eligible, consistent business information, internal links, optimized images, Search Console, fast mobile performance, crawlable pages, and proper indexing. It works best when the website proves the agent actually knows the places they serve.

What about ChatGPT, Google AI and other AI search tools?

There is no magic button. AI search readiness means clear crawlable content, semantic HTML, logical headings, structured data where appropriate, consistent name, brokerage, locations and contact details, direct answers to common questions, and correct indexing. Nobody can honestly guarantee that ChatGPT, Google, Perplexity, or Gemini will cite or recommend a particular business.
